The Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association (VYEA) held a press conference on October 8 to announce the summary report of the Vietnam Private Sector Economic Forum 2025 (VPSF 2025) and introduce a plan for its "10,000 CEO Training Program" for the 2025-2030 period.

The program's roadmap consists of three phases: It will commence in Q4 2025 with the first 1,000 participants; then will train 7,000 participants in the 2027-2029; and will complete the program’s overall objective in 2030.

The curriculum adheres closely to the eight core competencies of modern leaders, including business strategy, financial management, human resources, risk management, technology, innovation, and international integration.

Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hue, VYEA's vice president said that this is not merely a training program, but also a journey of connection and mentorship, where each experienced entrepreneur guides two new entrepreneurs, fostering a strong, united, and co-developing business community.

"With the 'Mindset - Toolset - Skillset' approach, we aim to provide participants not just with theoretical knowledge, but also practical tools and applicable skills directly usable within their enterprises. This is more than just a training program; it's a journey of connection, mentorship, and inspiration, where each young entrepreneur who has gone before will guide two new entrepreneurs, creating a strong, united, and co-developing business community," said Ms. Hue.
