Mr. Yu-Chao Wang, Chairman of Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation, expressed that the Group chose Nghe An due to its belief in the local potential, with a young workforce, stable investment environment, favorable geographical location, and good connectivity with Southeast Asia and international markets.
