AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd., a branch of Japan's AEON MALL Co., Ltd., officially opened AEON MALL Thanh Hoa in Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa province, on October 18, becoming the largest commercial and service complex in the central province.
The shopping centre occupies approximately 105,000 square meters of land, with a total floor area of around 120,000 square meters across five above-ground floors and one basement.
The facility houses an AEON supermarket and more than 130 stores spanning fashion, sports, homeware, dining and entertainment. Around 60% of its tenants are entering the Thanh Hoa market for the first time.
Japan is currently Thanh Hoa’s largest foreign investor, with 21 projects and nearly $5.85 billion in registered capital.
The province has so far attracted 207 foreign-invested projects with combined registered capital of nearly $16.2 billion.
