Agriculture area codes helping to expand exports

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued 3,414 area codes for crop exports nationwide on an area of 196,226 ha, accounting for 17 per cent of the total area of fruit, vegetables, and spices nationwide. The goal is that, by 2025, the number of areas with codes will increase three to five times compared to present.
