Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has requested that localities develop plans in production and asked the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to adopt mechanisms and policies on capital support for enterprises producing, processing, and exporting agricultural products.
