Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested localities to set up task forces to crack down on smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, copyright infringement, and intellectual property violations, given the recent bust involving 100 tons of counterfeit pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.

The province is prioritizing investment attraction in processing and manufacturing industries, clean and organic agriculture;  and community-based tourism.

A program titled "Science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation: breakthroughs to lead the country into an era of wealth and prosperity" was launched on May 16.

The resolution aiming to improve investment and business environment and facilitate private sector access to resources.

The negotiation took place in a spirit of openness, frankness, flexibility, and mutual constructiveness.
