CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam reaffirmed its position as a market leader after being named Best Developer at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) 2025 for the fourth time. The developer walked away with 11 accolades in total, spotlighting its achievements in design innovation, sustainability, and community development.
Among the highlights were the Best Sustainable Developer, the inaugural People’s Choice Award, and the Social Impact Award - recognitions that underscore CLD’s commitment to creating enduring value for Vietnamese communities.
Orchard Mansion at Sycamore in Ho Chi Minh City, co-developed with United Overseas Australia (UOA), was honoured as Best Housing Development (Vietnam). Other Sycamore phases, along with The Fullton in Hung Yen province, co-developed with Far East Organization, also received top honours, reflecting CLD’s consistent excellence in driving Vietnam’s urban transformation.

Winning Best Developer in an increasingly competitive market reinforces CLD’s leadership in Vietnam’s real estate landscape. The company saw strong market reception for its projects this year, marked by the timely handover of The Orchard - the first phase of the Sycamore master development in Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City - to homeowners. The Orchard was also named Best Completed Housing Development, celebrating its timely delivery and market success.
Following this momentum, Orchard Heights and Orchard Grand achieved a 100% booking rate shortly after their exclusive previews, reflecting robust buyer confidence.
