The Senique Hanoi, a 2,150-unit high-end residential project in the east of Hanoi, was recently unveiled by CapitaLand Development following the strong demand for its Lumi Hanoi projects.

Lumi Hanoi consists of approximately 4,000 high-end apartments in western Hanoi with an expected value of $740 million.

It has been 50 years since Vietnam and Singapore established diplomatic relations and ten years since they signed a Strategic Partnership, and ties have continually deepened.
