A consortium of four contractors has secured a bid for the construction, supply, and equipment installation package for the Ho Chi Minh City Children’s Palace project, the city's Board of Management for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Projects has announced.

The consortium includes Construction and Building Materials Joint Stock Company (CBM), Luu Nguyen Construction Co., Ltd. (LN Co), Nam Thinh Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company, and Saigon Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company.

Valued at VND977 billion ($368 million), the contract will be implemented over 32 months.

The project aims to create a modern, multi-functional recreational and educational facility for children. It will feature character-building activities, physical games, amusement zones, a fairy-tale garden, and dedicated spaces introducing history and geography.

The 36,650 sq.m complex will comprise one basement level and 10 above-ground floors. The basement will accommodate parking facilities, a multi-purpose hall, a stage, costume waiting rooms, storage areas, technical rooms, and restrooms.
