Construction of industrial cluster kicks off in Thanh Hoa province

Construction of Hop Thang Industrial Cluster in central Thanh Hoa province kicked off on February 20.

The project, covering 70ha in Trieu Son district, has an estimated investment capital of VND525 billion ($20.4 million).

It is a multi-sector industrial cluster, focusing on mechanic manufacturing, electronic equipment production, production of automobile spare parts, medical materials, and garments and textiles.

Technical infrastructure for the project is expected for completion in 2026, making it ready to attract secondary investors to carry out production and trade activities.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Mai Xuan Liem said the project will not only generate jobs for local workers but also contribute to promoting the development of Trieu Son district and the province’s industry.
