Construction of Artisan Park, a commercial-landed housing project from Malaysia’s Gamuda Land Group, kicked off on August 10 in Hoa Phu ward in Thu Dau Mot city, southern Binh Duong province.
Covering 5.6 ha, the project will consist of 350 townhouses and shophouses and cost an estimated $117 million.
Speaking at the breaking ground ceremony, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, expressed his appreciation of the new project in Binh Duong New City, which is in line with the province’s policy of creating high-end real estate value and creating places worth living in for residents.

Mr. Andrew Chan, General Director of Gamuda Land, said Binh Duong New City possesses many strategic advantages in terms of geography and rapid urbanization. Artisan Park is the first project of Gamuda Land on an expensive location. The project is part of the rapid capital turnover strategy in its business expansion plans in Vietnam.
Artisan Park is oriented to be a busy and vibrant shopping destination for people living in Binh Duong and neighboring provinces. Once completed, residents and guests will experience green, airy, and biophilic architecture, providing harmony between urban living and nature.
The project is expected to be completed in 2025. Eighty per cent of townhouses have been purchased off-plan. Under the current sales policy for the remaining townhouses, homebuyers only have to pay 30 per cent before a discount. The offer is only available while the project is still under construction.
