The Da Nang Finance and Tech Week 2025 opened on August 28, featuring a range of activities aimed at promoting international cooperation, attracting investment, and advancing key science and technology sectors prioritized by the central city.

The three-day event has drawn diplomatic agencies, international experts and speakers, and representatives from ministries, agencies, localities, international financial organizations, strategic investors, corporations, enterprises, and banks, among others.

A highlight of the program is the Vietnam Annual Finance Forum 2025 with the theme “Connecting Vietnam's International Financial Center with the Global Financial Network”, focusing  on three core areas: finance, digital transformation, and the semiconductor industry. The forum seeks to connect regulators, experts, scientists, businesses, and investors in discussions on mechanisms and policies to accelerate the establishment of the Vietnam International Finance Center.

On the sidelines of the forum, the Advisory Council for the establishment of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang will make debut.
