The People’s Committee of central Da Nang city have approved the investment policy for a public park and trade service area along the Han River with an investment capital estimated at nearly VND1.4 trillion ($53.4 million).

The project will include two main items: a public park north of Phan Dang Luu Street and technical infrastructure of the Nai Nam commercial - service area.

The highlight of the area is Phan Dang Luu Street from its intersection with September 2 Street to Thang Long Street, which will be upgraded and expanded to 12 lanes, creating favorable conditions for traffic.

The project is scheduled for implementation from 2025 to 2029.

It aims to ensure complete connection of the technical infrastructure system and create a park and public space in line with the approved master plan, thereby fostering community connection while promoting economic and tourism development.
