The Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM), in partnership with CRED, has officially launched "Ecommerce Passport 2026," a practical digital human resources program specifically designed for the e-commerce industry.
The launch event marks the beginning of a six-month hands-on training journey and introduces comprehensive "Ecom" solutions aimed at supporting digital transformation for businesses across Southern Vietnam.
The inaugural season of Ecommerce Passport 2026 is a strategic initiative by VECOM to address the critical shortage of high-quality personnel within the e-commerce sector.
Inspired by the concept of a passport, participating students will undergo a rigorous six-month training roadmap. The curriculum is designed to provide complete mastery of modern skills, including data analysis, omnichannel retailing, AI-generated content (AI Content), and livestreaming techniques.
Speaking at the launch ceremony held at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) on March 14, Mr. Nguyen Phuong Lam, Deputy Representative of VECOM in the South, stated that Ecommerce Passport 2026 is a strategic move to bridge the talent gap while simultaneously driving digital transformation for enterprises in the Southern region.
The program brings together a diverse ecosystem of partners, including global platforms such as TikTok Shop, Google, and Shopee, along with providers of advanced technology and AI solutions. This collaboration is intended to standardize the professional output of the workforce and create favorable conditions for businesses to enter the e-commerce market with maximum efficiency.
