Northern Hai Duong province plans to call for investment in 120 projects in the 2023-2030 period, according to the Provincial People’s Committee.

One project is building a specialized economic zone and another transport infrastructure, while 40 projects will build infrastructure for industrial parks and clusters.

Others will focus on healthcare, education, the environment, social housing, industrial production using high-technology, supporting industries, trade, services, tourism, logistics, energy, and agriculture, forestry and fisheries.

Hai Duong plans to develop 17 industrial parks during the 2023-2030 period, which have been approved by the Prime Minister.

It will also end four projects causing environmental pollution.

In the first nine months of this year Hai Duong attracted FDI of $392.5 million, a year-on-year rise of 18.8 per cent.
