The International Airline Symposium (IAS) is scheduled to take place in Hanoi from February 27-29 with the theme “Navigating Aviation in a Never Normal World”, the Vietnamplus online newspaper has reported.

The symposium is expected to draw the participation of 60 delegates, who are representatives of airlines and international organizations worldwide.

It will feature four discussion sessions about challenges and changes in the global aviation industry. Common issues up for discussion include current trends affecting airlines, ways to improve operational efficiency and service quality, and AI application in resolving problems in the industry.

By attracting global experts and influencers from different fields, the conference will not only bring in opportunities to discuss and gain access to the latest information on the aviation industry but also help promote the image of Vietnam and its people among international travelers.

The annual conference has been held since 1988 on an international scale.
