Hanoi has set a target of having 75-80 per cent of workers undergo training by 2025, with 55.5 per cent to gain certificates or degrees.

Average workplace productivity growth is to reach 7 per cent a year.

Agricultural workers are to represent 25 per cent of the total by 2025.

To fulfill its targets, the capital will invest in modernizing the Hanoi Job Services Center, which will serve as a focal point for information on the labor market and coordinating and supporting the market.
