The project is expected to take no more than 144 months, or 12 years, to complete. Construction of technical infrastructure is scheduled to take no more than 48 months from the date the State hands over or leases the land.
The project will be implemented in two phases, covering 101.17 hectares and 49.68 hectares, respectively.
Tender documents have been available since August 14, with bids due by 2 pm on October 16, 2026.
