The proposal has been submitted for review to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

The city authorities plan to present investment certificates for projects worth over $15.6 billion during an investment promotion conference held within the framework of the ABAC III.

The total issuance value estimated at VND248.6 trillion ($9.45 billion) in the period.

The move is a key step in implementing the 2024 Capital Law and aims to modernize the capital’s infrastructure by moving critical systems and facilities below ground.

The project will supply 1,520 units.

The project has total investment capital of $193 million with a capacity of 120 million ceramic products annually.
