Northern Bac Ninh province welcomes businesses from Kazakhstan to come and seek investment opportunities, especially in the fields of high technology, environment, energy, and logistics, Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan told a working session with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on August 22.

The province boasts favorable conditions, he went on, such as skilled human resources and appealing investment attraction policies, and has been assessed by businesses and investors as a safe and attractive destination.

The visit to Bac Ninh by the Kazakh leader marked an important milestone in helping build cooperation between the province and Kazakh partners, he added.

President Tokayev said he will create the necessary conditions to boost cooperation between localities in Kazakhstan and Bac Ninh.

He also visited a number of companies in the province.
