The KP Aerospace Vietnam company from the Republic of Korea (RoK) officially opened a factory at the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park on December 13, which will produce, process, and assemble aircraft parts for Boeing aircraft.
The factory was built with an estimated investment capital of $20 million.
It will manufacture, process, and assemble aircraft parts such as auxiliary engine doors, wing boxes, gliders, and left-wing support systems for Boeing 787 and Boeing 737 Max aircraft.
Its products will be supplied to leading companies in the aviation industry, including Boeing, Airbus and Korean Air.
This is also the second project in the aerospace sector invested in Da Nang High-Tech Park, following one developed by the Universal Alloy Corporation (UAC) Vietnam Co., Ltd.
