Absolutely. Haus Da Lat is a convergence of global talent brought together to realize a singular vision. While many high-profile developments may feature one or two renowned names, we are proud to have partnered with seven world-leading firms on a single project. These partners believed in the vision we set for Vietnam and chose to be part of delivering world-class options to the Vietnamese market.

Kengo Kuma and his team at Kengo Kuma & Associates (KKAA) are regarded as global icons in design, often celebrated as “masters of harmonious architecture.” Their signature Japanese style is internationally renowned for using architecture as a bridge between people and nature.

In 2021, Kengo Kuma was named one of the world’s 100 most influential people by Time magazine. He is acclaimed for creating profound synergy between built environments and the natural world—not overpowering nature, but drawing inspiration from it and designing in dialogue with it.

We chose Kengo Kuma for Haus Da Lat because of his genuine affection for this land. His architectural philosophy aligns deeply with our vision, and he has the ability to create a structure that will live in harmony with Da Lat for generations to come.

Isometrix, a globally renowned lighting design firm based in London, was founded by architect Arnold Chan. Often referred to as the “magician of light,” Isometrix is behind the illumination of some of the world’s most iconic landmarks. At Haus Da Lat, the lighting is crafted to reflect natural rhythms, offering residents a sense of calm and comfort, whether during the soft transition from day to night or the quiet shift from darkness into dawn.

1508 London, curator of the living spaces of the global elite, was entrusted with the interior design and furnishing of Haus Da Lat. These are not simply homes - they are vessels of time, where every element is meticulously selected not to follow trends, but to reflect enduring character. Each space is custom-made and thoughtfully conceived to express the identity of its owner.

Many other celebrated names have joined us in shaping this project, transforming real estate into an elevated form of art. In every discipline, we have chosen to collaborate with legends in their field to co-create a legacy that will endure across generations.

What about the daily experience of residents? Who are the people entrusted with delivering this elevated lifestyle?

It is not enough to create a beautiful space; every moment within that space must be cherished and supported. At Haus Da Lat, we partnered with Chiva-Som from the earliest design stages to establish a nearly 7,000-square-meter wellness sanctuary.

This collaboration marks a redefinition of therapeutic real estate in Vietnam, where residents are invited to care for their bodies, quiet their minds, and nourish their spirits.

Chiva-Som incorporates Da Lat’s diverse flora, rich farmland, and native herbs into bespoke therapies, nutritional programs, and holistic treatments. These are guided by six pillars of wellness: spa, integrative health, fitness, physiotherapy, aesthetics, and nutrition.

To complement these world-class collaborations, we selected Copper Beech to advise on operations. With their deep understanding of refined service and private luxury, they help us shape spaces that offer a sense of belonging to the most discerning residents.

What lies ahead for Haus after Haus Da Lat?

Following Haus Da Lat, we plan to launch a series of developments across northern, central, and southern Vietnam.
