NTQ Solution cooperates with South Korean giants to establish e-commerce development center

Gia Huy -

The establishment of a Global Development Center with leading brands in South Korea is evidence that NTQ Solution has earned absolute trust from customers in its service capabilities.

On February 3 in Jeju, a signing ceremony was held between NTQ Solution and two South Korean giants, Riman and Softbridge, in the presence of leaders and representatives from the parties involved.

NTQ Solution, in conjunction with Softbridge, will establish a Global Development Center (GDC) to serve Riman’s long-term growth strategy and international business expansion.

Under the agreement, the GDC will play a comprehensive role in researching, developing, operating, and deploying e-commerce platform solutions to enhance the efficiency of Riman’s global platforms. The center brings together resources, including a team of experts and highly-skilled engineers with proven experience in implementing e-commerce platforms for clients in the US, Hong Kong (China), Japan, and South Korea.

Well-known as a major player in the cosmetics industry in South Korea, Riman is actively investing in technology, expanding distribution channels, and widely promoting its brand, aiming to become a global leader in beauty e-commerce. Cooperating with NTQ Solution and Softbridge will help it unlock an effective marketing platform, strengthening its competitive advantages globally.

A representative from Riman said NTQ Solution and Softbridge are both experienced partners with outstanding competencies in the technology field, especially in e-commerce solutions. “We believe that the cooperation between these Vietnamese and South Korean partners will create favorable momentum for Riman to effectively optimize platforms and marketing tools, creating diverse preferences for customers in different countries,” the representative said.

Previously, in 2023, NTQ Solution cooperated with Riman to develop an e-commerce platform to serve business strategies in the US and Taiwan (China). The project went live on schedule, contributing to leveraging clients’ business performance. This success laid the groundwork for both parties to agree to expand the scale of their cooperation further.

NTQ Solution has been operating GDCs for hundreds of customers globally, receiving positive feedback on the quality of specialized resources and providing practical digital solutions. In 2023, NTQ Solution’s GDC was honored with the highest Gold Award at the Make in Vietnam 2023 awards organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

NTQ Solution was founded in 2011 with five members and a burning passion for technology. Over the past 13 years, it has undergone remarkable growth, expanding its workforce to nearly 1,300 employees by 2023. Headquartered in Vietnam, NTQ operates with a global footprint, boasting seven offices in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong (China), and the EU, and one soon to open in the US. This expansion has solidified trust and garnered loyal customers for its services across 20 or more countries and territories worldwide. At the core of its brand is a commitment to deliver digital solutions with world-class standards and “WOW” service to clients.

Founded in 1998, Softbridge has over 20 years of experience developing technology solutions for online platforms in various fields such as education, finance, and e-commerce. It is a technology partner of major brands in South Korea, including Riman, LG U+, Samsung, SK, KIWOOM Securities, and Mirae Asset Securities.

And Riman is the Number 1 beauty brand in South Korea, well-known for famous products such as Incellderm, BotaLab, and Lifening. It has sold more than 30 million units in the market, creating remarkable imprints in US, China and Taiwan (China).
