Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh asked for continuous efforts to streamline administrative procedures and reduce compliance costs for people and businesses while chairing the Government’s monthly law-building session on July 24.
Law building must remove difficulties and obstacles to capitalize on every resource in society for national development to fulfill the target of developing Vietnam into a modern industrial and high middle-income country by 2030, he said.
PM Chinh also requested that law building ensure the progress and quality, and boost the decentralization of power and the allocation of resources.
At the session, participants discussed the investment policy for the high-speed North - South railway, proposals to draft a law on state of emergency and revise the Law on Science and Technology, and draft revised laws on electricity and employment.
