According to Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, General Director of VNPT Vinaphone, the domestic cloud market has a few hundred services but Vietnamese businesses are using only a few dozen. If all businesses use cloud by 2025, the market will reach over VND53 trillion ($2.3 billion). A legal framework is therefore needed to create a fair playing field for Vietnamese businesses to develop the market.
