Set to open this year, IFC Hanoi combines Grade A offices, retail, and luxury hospitality in a landmark mixed-use development that reflects Tay Ho Tay's emergence as Hanoi's next major business and financial hub.

According to Decision No. 1140/QD-BXD, dated July 1, 2026, Vietnam aims to have 36 airports by 2030, consisting of 19 international airports and 17 domestic airports.

The developer will prioritize building "model" industrial zones that meet green industry standards, focusing on energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and alignment with Lao Cai’s sustainable development goals.

The project will cover approximately 225.6 hectares in Hung Loc Commune.
