The Postal Insurance Corporation (PTI) and two major global insurance entities - Allianz Partners and Marsh - recently signed a cooperative agreement on deploying extended auto warranty packages in Vietnam.

The agreement is a significant milestone in the distribution of insurance products, especially extended auto warranty products, in the country. Partnering with the two major insurance entities also emphasizes PTI’s strategy of putting customers at the center and providing the best value, especially in terms of convenience and promptness in procedures, claims settlement, and insurance requests.

PTI is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions in Journey Insurance, Health Insurance, and Property Insurance in Vietnam. Within its Journey Insurance (PTI Roadcare) offering, in addition to traditional products such as Civil Liability Insurance, Vehicle Material Insurance, and Passenger Accident Insurance, is the new Extended Warranty product. This relieves customers from unexpected issues relating to the mechanical and electrical systems after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Customers can proactively choose packages covering 4, 7, or 15 systems, or the entire mechanical and electrical system. Importantly, the product integrates a 24/7 nationwide rescue service.
