Central Quang Ngai province is seeking investors through the auction of land use rights for a 22,480 sq m urban and tourism area in Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai city.

According to the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee, the urban and tourism complex will develop synchronous social and technical infrastructure to ensure sustainability.

The winning contractor is to build 27 commercial houses and other works for commercial and tourism services, such as hotels, villas, sporting facilities, plants, and wastewater treatment facilities.

The People’s Committee approved the investment proposal for the Hang Duong Urban Service and Tourism Complex on April 28.

Total capital is over VND439 billion ($18.5 million), with the project expecting the investor to contribute at least 20 per cent while the remainder will be in loans from commercial banks.

The land will be leased for 49 years from the date of hand over.
