State budget in surplus this year
According to the General Statistics Office of Vietnam, the recovery of production, business, and import and export activities in the “new normal” had a positive impact on State budget revenue in the first half of November, which rose 73.3 per cent month-on-month. The State budget this year, as of November 15, was in surplus by more than VND100 trillion ($4.4 billion).
