The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is to implement its "Strengthing the urban railway training capacity for the Railway College" project for four years, from January 2022 to January 2026. The project will help strengthen the development of the urban transport network, contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable economic development.
