Thanh Hoa leads in FDI attraction

Of the 2,151 existing FDI projects in central provinces, Thanh Hoa has the most, with 164 and total registered capital of more than $14.5 billion. Its success is due to its efforts in reforming administrative procedures, improving the business and investment environment, publicizing planning, and completing infrastructure. The province also offers a range of incentives to investors on land rentals, import and export taxes, and corporate income taxes.
