Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang expressway proposed for expansion to six lanes
Total investment capital is estimated at VND30 trillion ($1.14 billion).
Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Expressway given go-ahead
At the third session of the 15th National Assembly on June 16, the legislature approved the first phase of the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Expressway, with a length of more than 188 km and total investment of nearly VND45 trillion ($1.9 billion) in the public investment form. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2027, and will drive development in the Mekong Delta.
Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Expressway project to be submitted to NA
The Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Expressway, which stretches 188 km in length and has investment of about VND45 trillion ($1.96 billion), is being consulted on by members of the State Acceptance Council for appraisal and is expected to be submitted to the National Assembly (NA) in May for approval.
