Central Da Nang city disbursed public investment capital of VND5.3 trillion ($231.9 million) in the first eleven months of the year, reaching 76.4 per cent of the plan. The city is speeding up the construction of many projects so that by January 31 it will have disbursed 95-100 per cent of the 2021 plan.

The expected post-pandemic trend towards traveling close to home and combining remote working and holidays (known as staycations and workations) will help increase the attractiveness of the integrated resort real estate model in central Da Nang city.
