JICA to further support agriculture
Many new cooperative proposals to support Vietnam’s agricultural sector were made at a meeting between Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan and Mr. Shimizu Akira, Chief Representative of the Vietnam Office of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on November 17. Proposals included cooperation in improving agricultural infrastructure and building food value chains.
