HCMC to promote international cooperation via friendship dialogue 2026
Building on the success of the previous dialogues held in 2022 and 2024, Friendship Dialogue 2026 will be themed “Local Diplomacy: Driver for Innovation and Sustainable Growth” and expected to welcome nearly 500 domestic and international delegates.
