NA adopts resolution to address difficulties in land law implementation
The resolution introduces certain mechanisms and policies to address difficulties and obstacles in implementing the Land Law.
Land price list to be announced initially and applied from 2026
List regulated by revised Land Law, which will take effect from 2025.
Draft Land Law to go before NA
The revised Land Law will be discussed by the National Assembly (NA) in its upcoming October and May sessions and approved in the October 2023 session. The draft will introduce regulations on land prices according to market principles and a shift from administrative-heavy management methods to the synchronous implementation of economic, planning, and administrative tools to regulate land relations.
