Da Nang to focus on building large-scale urban areas
Real estate projects in Da Nang have primarily focused on the resort segment over the last decade. The city now needs residential urban areas but will not build small, fragmented developments that are difficult to link with infrastructure. Instead, it aims to create large-scale ecological urban areas associated with the conservation of natural landscapes.
