Investors still struggling with competition law
According to Mr. Dau Anh Tuan, Head of the Legal Department at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), after half a year of implementing Circular No. 06/2020/TT-BKHDT from the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), which relates to a number of articles in the Law on Competition, there remain difficulties and confusion among enterprises about procedures for investor selection.
