PM calls for Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh - Thai Binh - Hai Phong Expressway to be built in PPP form
The Prime Minister (PM) has called for the 109-km Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh - Thai Binh - Hai Phong Expressway to be built in the public-private partnership (PPP) form instead of public investment, due to limited State budget funds. The project will be driving force for the development of the region to the south of Hanoi, the Red River Delta, and the north-central region.
