Taxes to increase under reform strategy
A number of different tax rates are set to rise under the Tax System Reform Strategy to 2030, such as VAT, excise taxes on tobacco, beer and alcohol products, and housing taxes. Import and export taxes will be gradually reduced, meanwhile, and suitable preferential policies will be introduced to support spearhead economic industries, supporting industries, and certain other sectors. There will also be corporate income tax incentives introduced for small and micro-enterprises.
