Thai sugarcane products imported via ASEAN countries to avoid taxes
After Vietnam applied anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on sugarcane products originating from Thailand, there have been signs that imports of such products have entered Vietnam via ASEAN countries such as Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, and Myanmar to avoid taxes.
