The 11th plenum of the Party Central Committee concludes
At the plenum held between April 10-12, the Party Central Committee reached agreement on proposals concerning the continued restructuring of the political system’s organizational apparatus, rearranging administrative units and organizing local administrations with provincial and communal levels.
