The Ministry of Planning and Investment is consulting with the interdisciplinary appraisal council on a pre-feasibility study for the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway project, connecting the two provinces of Dong Nai and Lam Dong. Total investment is about VND17.2 trillion ($720.65 million), to come from central budget capital, Lam Dong’s budget capital, investor equity, and other sources.

Analysts believe that although Vietnam remains an attractive destination for foreign investment, turbulence in the global economy could still have a major impact on inflows.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment has submitted a draft resolution to the government to implement Resolution No. 57/2022 from the National Assembly on the Ring Road No. 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City, clearly stating the roles and responsibilities of relevant agencies in allocating capital for implementation.
