In order to become a dynamic growth pole of the Red River Delta, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) emphasized that Hai Phong city and Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, and Hung Yen provinces need to promote joint investments in the region rather than separate investments in each locality.

At a conference on developing the Red River Delta to 2030 and the vision to 2045 held on July 12, Head of the Central Economic Commission Tran Tuan Anh raised three issues that need to be clarified to overcome limitations and problems in the new circumstances.
