VNG looks to join US stock market
The VNG Corporation is considering joining the US stock market through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). It is currently working with financial advisors to arrange discussions with special-purpose acquirers over a potential deal. The transaction could value VNG at between $2 billion and $3 billion.
