Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attends the 3rd UN Ocean Conference
At the 2nd plenary session of the conference, PM Pham Minh Chinh speaks on half of the 11 ASEAN member States, reaffirming that ASEAN upholds the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
