Vietnam – Mongolia ties upgraded to comprehensive partnership
At the end of their talks on September 30, top leaders of the two countries issued a joint statement on establishing the Vietnam-Mongolia comprehensive partnership.
Vietnam's stock market not upgraded by MSCI
Vietnam has again not been upgraded from frontier market to emerging market status by MSCI, which has announced regular market gradings for 84 stock markets worldwide. The decision is perhaps not overly surprising given MSCI’s assessment that Vietnam’s market is moving in a more negative direction.
