Investment in housing at Bac Ninh industrial parks lacking
Northern Bac Ninh province has only three industrial parks with housing for workers, meeting just 10-15 per cent of demand, according to Mr. Bui Hoang Mai, Head of the Industrial Park Management Board of Bac Ninh province. Businesses are not interested in investing in utilities for industrial parks, because of low profits and the long return on investment period.
