Amid softening demand in traditional markets such as the United States, the European Union, and parts of Japan, China - Hong Kong (China) and ASEAN are emerging as primary growth engines for Vietnam’s seafood sector.

Following a process of review, inspection, and evaluation based on proposals from the Vietnamese side, the TFDA approved an addition of 12 enterprises to the authorized list, which is a key measure to ensure food safety standards, quality control, and traceability for seafood products imported into the Taiwanese market.
