According to the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), in the first six months of 2022, textile and garment export turnover reached $22.3 billion, up 17.7 per cent over the same period in 2021. Expected in the second half of the year, textile and garment exports will reach $20-$21 billion, bringing the total value of textile and garment exports for the whole year to $42-$43 billion.
